Multicultural coexistence
The purpose of
multicultural coexistence
Multicultural coexistence means that people with different cultural backgrounds and values live together, respecting and understanding each other, and participating equally as members of society.
With the aim of realizing a multicultural society in Kyotanba Town where Japanese and foreign residents can coexist, we are carrying out our activities with the following specific goals in mind.

purpose01
Promoting mutual understanding and respect
By having people with different cultures and values accept and respect each other's differences, prejudice and discrimination can be eliminated and a peaceful, symbiotic society can be realized.
purpose02
Realizing equal participation in society
By creating an environment in which everyone can participate equally in education, employment, community activities, etc., we aim to promote social development that makes the most of diversity.
purpose03
Increase the value of cultural diversity
By utilizing the unique wisdom and traditions of each culture, new ideas and creativity will be generated, contributing to economic and cultural development.
purpose04
Strengthening local communities
By encouraging people with different backgrounds to interact, we can deepen ties within the community, create a more livable community, and promote stability and sustainable development throughout society.
